Which countries does DynaSys HR support?
It is built for the Gulf and the region. Leave types, end-of-service formulas, weekends, holidays, overtime and payroll items are settings per company, so each company follows the rules of its own country.
Can we manage several companies?
Yes. A group can run several companies and branches under one account, each with its own settings and users, and see consolidated reports.
Is our data safe?
Each company sees only its own data and each user only what his role allows – enforced by the database itself. Connections are encrypted, data is backed up daily and every change is kept in an audit trail.
Do employees need to install an app from a store?
No. The employee app opens in the phone browser and can be added to the home screen in seconds, on iPhone and Android.
Can we move our data from Excel?
Yes. We help you import employees, salaries and opening balances from Excel during setup.
How long is the demo?
Usually 14 days, and we can extend it. The demo company contains invented data only.
How is the price calculated?
By the number of employees, the users who sign in, the companies and branches, and the modules you choose. See the Pricing page or request a quotation.
Is it available in Arabic?
Yes. The program, the employee app and the HR letters work in Arabic and English.
Can we produce the WPS salary file?
Yes for Qatar (SIF), together with bank transfer lists. Other countries' salary-file formats can be added on request.
What happens when a subscription ends?
You are reminded before the end date. After a grace period the account becomes read-only, so your data is always kept and can be exported.
